OWNERS MEETING MINUTES

Owners present were enthusiastic with all the upgrades that were completed recently and for the first time at an annual meeting there were no negative remarks raised. Owners who spoke were very pleased at the appearance of the facility and the improvements.
The pro active trustees working with their friendly staff have turned Courtyard around these past two years. RCI Silver Star status was attained in 2015 and 2016. Courtyard slipped in 2017 as it was learned from RCI that Courtyard was within one point of gaining the Silver RCI Award. Courtyard Resort Hyannis received a Hospitality Award for 2017 from RCI.
While the swimming pool roof was being replaced the pool had to be emptied and closed subsequently it became an inconvenience. Two local time share facilities allowed our owners and guests the use of their pool. With no pool amenity, our ratings within the complex went down.
The trustees and staff will strive in 2018 to regain the Silver RCI Award. The trustees have offered medical insurance to all its employees as owners were pleased with the announcement. Our long time employee Sheila who is recovering with medical issues is currently covered. The trustees and staff will continue in 2018 to maintain the property in a professional manner.
